Permission errors aren't descriptive #47

Trying to access content or perform an action without sufficient privileges gives a generic error. "We're sorry but something went wrong."

Error should mention that access rights are the problem.

In some cases, these errors can be prevented by removing the action (ex. only admins can see the "new user" button)
