Responsive web design for #mobile users? #85

More than half of all users will be coming from mobile browsers. How well does the current page construction comply with responsive practices? Or offer a mobile version of the app?

The current repository does not offer any specific mobile/responsive features, though its simple design (generally one column of text) is trivially adaptable to narrow screens.

Migurski, it really performs poorly as a mobile web site. Usability sucks with poor completion rates, high user error rates, and very slow downloads from rich pages. May I suggest reopening this issue and bringing in designers to work over the front end to address these problems?
