In the submission form, the URL should be updated for the "The Census can be viewed at https://codeforamerica.github.io/PoliceOpenDataCensus/"

Hey Clarence, I think I would need access to the Google Doc to make the appropriate changes on the form. I'll look into who has access and can grant it to me to implement the correct changes on the form.
