From this page in conductor, if i accidentally hit 'Submit' and there isn't a file attached then the contract disappears from the list and puts a random URL into scout.

There should be an error message instead saying 'no file attached'

@rileystewart you should be able to delete the URL from the admin, which should make it reappear.
