Add suggestions for improving reading level & joblint issues #130

@skcain you can see what I mean about displaying suggestions in this branch (right now it flags all the sexism prompts in joblint, plus 4+ syllable word). I figured for each thing there would be examples text and explanation text, where examples is what needs to be changed.

I'm probably not going to change that HTML much before merging, so if you want to work off of this branch feel free.

And there's definitely at least a couple suggestions where we'll have the same explanation but multiple examples, especially the long sentence one.

hokay so I think this is now in a place for review (some of the JS feels hacky), plus still the design part. but I figure some of the JS will be rewritten when the gender bias stuff gets improved. still interested in taking suggestions. (I don’t think I consider the design a blocker, since that can be separate work.)
