tooltips for underlined words cut off in processed text box #42

dunno what to do about it though (maybe @skcain does). counting it as a bug because it makes that feature basically unusable.

if the boxes stay the same way, the only way to fix is this to append the tooltip to "body" so that they aren't constrained in the box. definitely doable, but we should make sure we're 100% on the design before making that change.
