Design feedback, iteration 1

Small stuff, just to make sure it doesn't get lost

[x] "Job Posting Total" stuff doesn't interact well with other elements for example - screenshot
[x] Can we have less whitespace between elements? It looks nice, but makes the page a lot longer.
[x] Headers that wrap have too much space between lines, see "What location will this position mostly be working form?"
[x] Maybe put a back button on the top of the second page (in addition to the one at the bottom)? Mostly because if I'm up there I forget to scroll & click the button and use the browser back instead.
[ ] Colors for the skill selection rows differ from the existing colors in the project, making it start to look busy.
[x] Extra comma in "Please select, N/A, Preferred or Requ..."
[x] Instead of N/A to (eventually) remove a skill, add minus buttons to the end of the row, also allows for removal of manually entered skills (see rough mockup)
[x] Possibly group non-interactive fields at the end or reconsider how much we need them (make it easier to demonstrate value)
[ ] Responsiveness in general
