Removed a bunch of fields and widget-y things as per the design
Removed/refactored CSS based on what was still used
Combined skills listing per @pacarole's suggestion, redid elements based on design

I didn't change the color on the Preferred/Required buttons because I wasn't sure what to use. It's not as noticeable now that it's a different color than the underlines, but I'd still prefer to make it more uniform.

Also alignment of stuff might be off, but it's more or less in place.
