How to get an ID in San Francisco? #58

Without an ID you can't access most (any?) social services (except emergency shelters) in SF. Let's figure out how to get an ID in SF with an eye towards building a brief plain-language guide.

We should also figure out how Project Homeless Connect does this at their events.

They bring the DMV and it has a HUGE line.
