Ask some good questions (one at a time, on a rotating basis):

• How does CalFresh help?
• Why did you apply for CalFresh?
• What was it like to apply for CalFresh for the first time?
• What was the best/worst part?

Then prompt respondents to press 9 if they would like to share their experience publicly and we can post it to Soundcloud.

We can funnel folks there via balance, ebtnearme, and possibly other channels.

We can offer an incentive or simply explain why it's important.
