Improve Deployment #1

All images link are broken There are some hardcoded paths in the build/configuration files Build process seems convoluted and not properly documented

We figured it out the process to deploy the UI on the repo github page and we updated the readme. Those same steps can be coded into a github action to run automatically at pushes.
