CfA customization #18

It seems that the Italian team is the main maintainer, but I didn't have a lot of luck discussing how organizations can customize the "schema" of the publiccode. There should be a set of mandatory fields and then organizations can add fields or customize lists of values. The documentation talks in those terms only for countries customization.

I don't think there is much more to check/discuss with other teams. We should make the configuration as easiest as possible. Make sure doc and other links don't point to the Italian version. In case we'll discuss with other teams about validation (through a schema). We'll need to verify if CfA is ok to have their logo and other references. Otherwise we'll make it a CivicTech PublicCode. Get some dropdown values from Taxonomy API (there are other issues for that)
