Style #3

It would be great to change the style of this app to match https://brigade.codeforamerica.org/ style (font, colors, etc...).

Should decide whether to match brigade website or current dashboard or CfA website.

Please move the alert column to the left side so the interface is more like browser settings. Display a list of all the sections on the left side and make them clickable to jump to each section. When the user submits, show a list of required fields under each section in the left navigation. (Initially require just the name filed during our development phase.)

For the 911 and EPA projects, we'll use this side navigation to access and set attributes about communities and industries that are specific to location and organization repos. We can also have a repo that represents user preferences.
