What happens if you create a new patient from search? #16

What does it look like? Is it the same template for everyone?

It should go to a patient overview page, that has lots of obvious actions to take: screen shot 2015-07-25 at 5 16 30 pm

In the case of a new patient, there wouldn't be much info listed. But it could have a status listing that said "Patient Record created by __ just now"
