Edit history should show sharing history #107

We haven't talked much about the edit history of a patient, but user suggested we include “Shared by” and “shared with” in it. Relates to a confirmation that information has been sent successfully #106

Yup! Considering nothing in the edit history actually works - it will likely be its own issue in the future.
