9 years ago - Adds a tab to the patient page called "Screening History".
- It has a form that allows users to input the patient's eligibility at their organization.
- It also lists the patient's past referrals and eligibility decisions.
- When a user opens a patient with a referral in SENT status to the current organization, the status is changed to RECEIVED.
- When a user saves an eligibility decision for a patient with a referral in RECEIVED status at that organization, the status is changed to COMPLETED.
