Looks like this might be a retina issue? I'm seeing it on a retina MBP too. The logos in the footer are effected as well.

Would you try this with the latest code in this repo? I'm pretty sure this is just a dupe of #59, which has long since been merged in (but not deployed by the City of Chicago).

bensheldon commented 10 years ago

@mr0grog probs. is there a reference install (like on Heroku) that we can compare with? It's been a year sigh.

daguar commented 10 years ago

@bensheldon I think I have something I set up for South Bend I can push to. Give me a few minutes.

bensheldon commented 10 years ago

In hindsight, we shoulda put a numbered release version in the footer.

daguar commented 10 years ago

I forked and pushed the most recent GitHub code up to an instance I'd set up: http://sb-srtracker-fork.herokuapp.com/

We did some customization of the logos, so actually this doesn't necessarily isolate the problem if it might be specific to that.

Happy to add collaborators if it's helpful to have something already set up as a reference deploy, though.

I made a tiny wave on twitter yesterday, so there may be some renewed interest in getting our upstream updates live on Chicago's side. So having something to reference in the "if you pulled down the latest version it wouldn't look like butt"-department could be useful.

daguar commented 10 years ago

Is it at all possible to fork/clone their instance?

I can also send offline the config file for South Bend's deployment if the only annoying dependency is the setup.

I think the City of Chicago is cloning off of this repo (if not just downloading the files) behind their firewall, that we have no access too. I think we should have a vanilla reference deploy that gets automatically updated via Travis or the like.

Mr0grog commented 10 years ago

There's already a vanilla reference: http://chicagosrtracker.herokuapp.com/

bensheldon commented 10 years ago

Oh. That's helpful. That's probably on the readme, isn't it? :-)

@bensheldon So… can we close this?

bensheldon commented 9 years ago

Yes. Yes we can close this.
