Show SRs updated in the future as updated “just now.” #81

This is a fix for #80. I probably could have done this in the friendly_time template filter, but I was thinking:

  1. this is safer because it will apply even when we don’t use that filter and
  2. it keeps that filter pristine (since it came from outside our codebase) and pretty straightforward (no special cases).
