@Mr0grog I'm exploring the API now and just registered as a Chicago 311 tester. I'm guessing you want some baseline coverage on the endpoints? :D

If it’s helpful, there’s a [very] old branch named tests
which has some starter work. Due to its age, it’s a bit out-of-sync with master, but if there’s anything useful to you there, feel free to take it. And if not, feel free to ignore it or blow it away :)
