Single address for each student and contact person.

Also:

Updated some documentation around MRI/MINGW Ruby and JRuby. The issue is that the unit test library's path detection doesn't work for Windows, regardless of the Ruby interpreter. I haven't fixed it, but will file an issue for it.
Cleaned up the madlibs CSS file too
