We have a ton of long trail names now that the Sections are included.

I'm taking care of this this morning. Allowing detailPanelBanner to have a greater height has repercussions for the layout and positioning of the detail panel on both desktop and mobile.

changes implemented on master for desktop only. @katielewis I'd love to know what you think of how we deal with the detail panel controls.

Done on both mobile and desktop. Two different solutions. Desktop was to allow the detailBanner to grow in height, and accommodate that change in the rest of the detail panel. On mobile we simply hide overflow from the line with an ellipsis, since you are necessarily looking at the title in a map callout as well.
