Code for Boston's project with the Cambridge Kids' Council has extensive user research with parents: "interviewed over 220 parents and providers to find out what type of information families are seeking, and who and where they go to find information. They also asked participants about challenges they face and suggestions for improvement."

Let's learn from their user research, adding it to our discussions with the Somerville folk.

Hey there @margrink! Any chance you could share the Code for Boston user research on parent needs as part of this repo? Would definitely be useful for our project, likely for many other projects also!
