Is this possible with .github repo? @knod is hoping to index CfA projects using these: code-for-america and code-for-boston

Unfortunately, I asked github support and they said, 'we don't support automated topic tagging for new repositories'. They passed it on to the team. Don't have enough experience with those folks to know if that's the kind of thing that would change.
