only close the cursor not the database connection after use #10

This completes first pass at setting up a flask API and getting the scrapie data manager to post data to the database. have a real craigslist data posting, and API listings_getter pulls from this data correctly; all now appears to work. This rolling up a set of fixes and new functions.
