Determine what the exact expungement eligibility criteria are - in reference to Court appearance determination and guidelines for expungement changes

“pending legislation that may change the eligibility for expungement that may be worth seeing how it goes. The pending legislation says that multiple charges that occurred in the same incident would count as “one court appearance”...so this would change the eligibility calculation if it passes (which before COVID was very likely to pass, I just don’t know now if they plan to move fwd with it or not).”
