General research: compare crime summary stats for the 3 districts we have (Northwestern, Suffolk, Middlesex) to each other and to MA as a whole. for example:
Top offenses
Top offenses by eligibility for expungement
Top offenses by under/over <21 vs >=21
Top offenses by under/over <18 vs >=18
Top offenses by in/not in juvenile court
Top offenses, by eligibility AND age or juvenile court
And percentages:
% expungeable
% sex or murder related
% juvenile (<21 or in juvenile court)
% expungeable and juvenile vs not juvenile
% sex/murder and juvenile vs not juvenile
etc
This will help us assess how to deal with lack of individual identifiers (#175 ) and lack of age data (#174 )
Output - a word or google doc or easy to read and copy out python notebook, with tables or graphs for easy comparison.
