General link maintenance. #127

-Eliminated some URL duplication by replacing hardcoded donate links with a donate_url variable in config.yml.

-Added a note about modifying donate_url that points future maintainers to the sponsorship link in: .github/FUNDING.yml

-Replaced a few hardcoded links from http:// to https://

-Fixed a slack invite link issue where CfB logo doesn't load on invite page.

@jvautrot I didn't notice this before, but thank you for your contribution to the main website! I have merged it in.
