The social media links, generated for resources with Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter urls, should be buttons that open each URL in a new tab when clicked. This should happen wherever the button appears, whether it's in the Admin or Map views.

Instead, the links are only created within the Saved Resources panel, which is where they are least likely to be useful. Also, they redirect the current window, rather than opening a new tab; almost certainly not what the user wants to do.
