Suite of tools for looking at non deleaded houses

Bill is on a lead board and having a couple of tools to be able to scope out the problem would be nice. Things that would be nice are:

• How many listings are not deleaded
• How many listings state they are deleaded
• Where are the non deleaded listings located
• Change in lead listings from month to month

The city knows which houses have lead paint. Alex can contact them to get this data

We should:

• map lead paint data on a google maps.
• search our own listings for references to lead, and map this too.
• highlight correlations, on the map and in other ways.

ultimate goal: to show in which neighborhoods landlords are more or less likely to delead their houses.
