Restructure forms: Professor; Academic Focus #134

Tracking the form restructuring

  1. Getting rid of "suborg"
  2. Adding prof/academic focus
mvictor55 commented 3 years ago

Forms are restructured. Need to add the "academic focus" section on the UI

mvictor55 commented 3 years ago

@NONstiky I added the "academic focus" column to each priority tab in "Third Party Participants". There are two professors in each tab, and I added the academic focus for both.

mvictor55 commented 3 years ago

@NONstiky I'm thinking that "Academic Focus: XYZ" goes right below the name of the prof, above "endorse" or "oppose"

mvictor55 commented 3 years ago

@NONstiky one other addition:

In the Third Party Participants sheet, for each priority tab, I added a new column "Position". This correlates to our "public official" designation. The function should mirror that of "academic focus". Below the name, above the "endorse/oppose", it should say "Position: XYZ" aka Mayor of Framingham"

NONstiky commented 3 years ago

@mvictor55 There's an issue with making that column be called "Position" because it is the same key as the "endorse/oppose" column key.

Can we change that to instead be "Role" or "Title" something to that effect?

mvictor55 commented 3 years ago

@NONstiky gotcha. I just changed em to "title"

mvictor55 commented 3 years ago

Also @NONstiky - I also realized that in the the org statements (the italicized blockquotes), there is an extra space between the end of the quote and the quotation mark. Could you try to fix that?
