Bootstrap Migration for ProfileLink #1455

Checklist

[ ] Import the required dependencies: styled-components
[ ] Define the styled-component ProfileLinkImageWrapper using the styled function from styled-components. It wraps the Image component from react-bootstrap. The media query CSS is also included within the styled-component.
[ ] Replace <Image className={styles.profileLinkImage} ...> with the ProfileLinkImageWrapper styled-component.

Also, it looks like the linter is failing. You can run yarn fix on the command line to resolve this, or you can set up pre-commit / VSCode hooks to do this automatically.
