Update About Section in Header Menu

Goal

We want to streamline the About section in our header menu to make it easier for users to educate themselves about MAPLE.

Success Criteria

• [ ] Condense the 3 separate “Why Use MAPLE” pages into tabs on a single page (like the tabs in the current Learn page - https://www.mapletestimony.org/learn/basics-of-testimony)
• [ ] Remove “Privacy Policy & Code of Conduct” from the About section of the menu
• [ ] Re-order the subpages under About to reflect the names below
  • [ ] Our Mission & Goals
  • [ ] Our Team
  • [ ] How to Support MAPLE
  • [ ] FAQ
