To that end, we need the following copy changes made to the site. This ticket covers items 1 - 5 from "Need to Do" in the attached Google Doc (the doc also contains screenshots of the areas that need changes for increased clarity)
Success Criteria - Changes to the following pages:
Footer
Change “To Writing Effective Testimony” to “To Write Effective Testimony”
Capitalize the “U” in “Use” in "Why use MAPLE"
Browse Bills page
Change the title “All Bills” to “Browse Bills”
Mission & Goals page (under the About pages)
Remove the text “MAPLE seeks to fill this void”, and move the blue textbox component up slightly to fill in the space.
Delete the entire “1 2 3” component at the bottom of the page
Steering Committee page (under About -> Team)
Update “Product Management & Leadership” to add additional names:
John Griffin
John Griffin is the Managing Partner for Strategy at Partners in Democracy. John spent a decade working in Massachusetts policy and politics, including as Massachusetts Policy Director at Democrats for Education Reform. He has experience advising nonprofits, campaigns, and civil society organizations on achieving their policy goals.
Elaine Almquist
Elaine F. Almquist is the founder and principal of Almquist & Associates, where she advises candidates and organizations on how to build political power, win office, and nurture long-term movements. Elaine has spent twenty years on the ground in campaigns and organizations, and serves on the advisory board of Rank The Vote.
In the title, add a comma between “User Experience” and “Design”
Remove Alex Ball and Sasha Goldberg and their bios.
Add the following names and bios:

Matt King is a Full-Stack Software Engineer. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Cognitive Psychology from Northeastern University.
