To support our new LLM-backed features, we want to make a clear statement of how we use and think of AI in order to properly set expectations with our userbase.
To that end, we need to add a new about page that explains our use of AI to users.

Success Criteria
Add a new page under About that matches the design in the linked Figma
Add links in the header and footer to the new page
In the About section of the header (at the bottom of the list)
Make sure it appears in both the desktop and mobile views (we have different nav components)
