A while back, we spun up a postgres db in AWS to use as a store for Lobbying data as part of the data analysis for a potential lobbying-centric project. We aren't currently using that DB and the lobbying project is currently pretty far down the roadmap, but this DB is costing us $20 a month.
We should make a backup of the existing data and spin down the DB to save money until we decide to re-prioritize the lobbying project.
Success Criteria
Make a backup of the Lobbying Postgres DB
Delete the DB and retire the instance in AWS (so we are no longer being charged for it)
