Add form content & "currently introduced bills" feature #88

To the right of the map, we want to place some content:

  1. Call to action - "if you are a professor, student group or business - click here to submit our form" and link the form
  2. List of currently introduced bills (Matt to add)

@byron I'm going to highlight the bills that are currently introduced in green in their respective data sheets. I'll let you know when it's done.

@mvictor55 check if the form is editable by the public - I'm able to make changes following that link.

We are driving the logic on the excel sheets based on whether "192" is in the header column. 192 is current session.
