Testimony Detail: View Archived Testimony #921

Users can now view archived testimony and control some styling with markdown.

Testimony links point directly to the testimony ID. Providing just the id redirects to the latest version. Users can link to specific versions as well.

@jamesvas5307 let me know how the testimony page looks. The follow action is disable by a feature flag.

Some bugs to address:

[x] Publishing testimony causes a client-side error. Testimony is published but the flow breaks
[ ] Share screen recipients are stuck in a spinner
[ ] edit profile page causes a client-side error

@alexjball -- this is closed/non-issue for launch - right? We ditched the "archive" feature/idea. And we aren't carrying over testimony from last session (if that's what 'archive' means).
