Meet page: Determine criteria for searching or filtering videos #113

To implement capability to have a menu for searching for videos, what criteria are we using? Tag videos to issues, locations, etc.?

Before completing, ensure that new Github issue has been created for implementing video search/filter feature on Meet page. New issue can be referenced/linked to this one by adding #113 in comment.
