Add the ability to view community videos in a grad layout on Desktop
Add the ability to view the community videos in a single column layout on mobile

@mcdonoughsh I believe this is complete. We'll demo this on Tuesday and understand how this connects to the PP team "Love Stories" shift of the meet page.
