This PR closes issue #13. It uses the format Kent suggested yesterday during the hacknight and tries to interpret whether a provider is open or not right now. The possible interpretations are:
Open: we are positive the provider is open right now.
Unsure: we have "unspecified" opening hours
See details: we have opening hours, but couldn't automatically decipher them.
Closed: we are positive the provider is closed.
I also added sorting of the results by availability (in the order above), and highlighted open and closed rows with a light green and red respectively (of course this is a first attempt... design changes are most welcome).
