Pop pantry icon to top when selected #40

When a pantry is selected either from the map or the list (especially the list), we should pop the icon on the map to the top of any other pantry icons that may overlap or cover it.

See "Food for Free" and "Cambridge Economic Opportunity Committee Food Pantry", both at 11 Inman St in Cambridge, as an example of the issue.

What do you think about having one bubble per location, and when you click on it, you see both entries? Otherwise, you can't use the map as your primary navigation (you could only click on the top entry).
