Question about priority, @isaacchansky: Should we actually configure the UI around this concept - and then maybe change "Priority" to "Special Needs"? Or does that change the primary use case of "Oh crap, we ran out of bread, we need some ASAP."

@WheresHJ I think having a priority for each item as simple as [don't need, indifferent, very much need] would be effective and a good starting point to build off of later, perhaps with a separate "special needs" attribute.
