Adding Create/Read/Update/Delete for pantries.

I think so, I can prefix that & roll it into this PR?

@carpeliam anything else before we merge? I wanted to get tests for this in but was running into errors getting them running.. will certainly add some but was thinking of coming back to it after this hackathon.
