Add surveyor id and switch id to userId in decodeJwt function
Create util to transform backend response surveyor keys to match form fields and add to apiSlice
Connect EditAccount.js to backend
Switch EditAccount.js to component and remove route from surveyor container
Remove email inputs and change spacing for UserProfile.js
