getting digitized Boston data #18

So here's the snow emergency streets AND specially discounted parking garages. Can anyone find this data in a better format (@CurtSavoie?).

If not, someone can geocode these streets and parking garages I suppose. But I have to imagine that it's already been done somewhere...

Shapefiles acquired, bonus points to anyone who can suggest a painless way of converting .shp to geojson.
