Provide a link to legal resources about what qualifies for expungement and sealing #107

We heard at the clinic on 11/8 that it would be helpful to the volunteer attorneys if there was a way to see resources about what qualifies for expungement and sealing. Presently the attorneys were using the VLA website for the info. We should investigate how/if we can integrate these resources into the extension. At the very least we could provide a link to the online VLA resources.

We should raise the issue with legal aid, see whats available, what is needed, and go from there.
