added checks to ensure input areas are filled out #108

I've added a check to ensure that the following input boxes have been filled out: Petitioner Phone Number Attorney Name Attorney Address Attorney Phone Filings - this is the area that says: Expunging all record of this conviction serves the interest of justice. This branch also checks on both Pro Se and Not Pro Se. Finally, the only input box that I was not able to do was one at the bottom that says "Type Checkout Notes for Chittenden here..." (The country will change.) I also updated the code and moved it to be a JavaScript function to placing this change within a Vue Method.

Hi @ravenusmc ! Thanks for doing this! To be honest, I don't know how to merge from a fork. We just brought in some PRs which Jeremy completed before your PR. Can you work those in on a branch off of master on this repo? Sorry for taking so long to get to this!

Good day Jake, Sorry for the delay - I was in Atlanta for my job. No problem with the fork - I originally had a branch set up but I'll see what I can do!
