Create the Contest & Statistics Page.

I will use the Chart.js library to show user's past contest performance in form of graphs and pie charts.
For contests, I will show all the upcoming contests, previous contents, ongoing contests in a tabulated format with accordions.
user's participated contests and his/her points scored in the same.

All in a structured manner.
