Fix : Fix the alignment of courseCard component for wider devices #247

There is an inconsistency in the alignment of courseCard compoenent for wider screen sizes where the components becomes left aligned

Describe the solution you'd like

Change the settings of the list items containing the courseCards container to flex , and align all cards to the centre of the list item component irrespective of the screen size . This is how the courseCards will look after proper allignment
