Add Tag Search On Courses #410

Users need to search the Courses based on Different tags on the Course Card.

Describe the solution you'd like

I want to add another route for tags (/tag) similar to the search route where users can find the course based on a particular tag.

please assign me this issue @Abhishek-kumar09
